Purpose:

The device is designed to prevent high-quality recording on the voice recorder by the negotiators from listening from the side with the help of listening devices using a microphone. Ultrasonic cancellation is effective against broadband high quality microphones. Acoustics perfectly complements ultrasound, suppressing microphones with limited bandwidth.

About:

The device is made in an aluminum case (Fig. 1). Convenient to use. Fire safety. Controlled from the front panel or from the remote control supplied. The device is powered and charged by the supplied power supply (19V).

Preparation to work:

To achieve the maximum effect of acoustic suppression, it is necessary to record the voice of the owner of the device into the device. To do this, hold down the button (volume control) for a few seconds until the indicator (device name) starts flashing. Next, dictate any text at a distance of 5 cm to 10 cm. to the microphone. Recording duration from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. When finished recording, press the button (volume control) again.

If the recording is shorter than 10 sec. then the unit will return to the preset recording.

When controlled from the remote control:

A – turn on, ultrasonic suppression.

B – turn off

C – turn on, ultrasonic + acoustic suppression in quiet mode.

D – turn on, ultrasonic + acoustic suppression in loud mode.

Working with the device:

The USPD-KT device is located as close as possible to the place of negotiation. The device, if necessary, is turned on either from the front panel or from the remote control. The volume is selected in advance depending on the distance of the device from the interlocutors, the volume level should not interfere with the conversation.
