Usually delivery takes 1-3 days.

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
Upon receipt of the order you must have a passport or driver’s license. Prepaid goods can be received only by the person to whom the delivery is made.

Return and exchange

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” the buyer has the right to exchange the goods for the same within 14 days, if the purchased goods did not fit the shape, size, style, color, size or other reasons, and if the appearance, labels and design a document issued by the seller together with the goods. Exceptions are goods that are not subject to return under the Law, a list of which you can view at the link.
